Batched job that processes all search timeouts periodically. Instead of having thousands of individual IterativeTimeoutJob in the queue, we have a single job that processes all elapsed timeouts. Runs via
SimpleTimer2 instead of JobQueue to avoid duplicate execution issues.Field Summary
