                              throws SAMException

  Within this function, read and accept input from a user to approve a SAM connection. Return false by default.

  Parameters:

  i2cpProps - the I2CP session properties

  props - the SAM connection properties

  Returns:

  true if the connection is approved by user input

  Throws:

  SAMException - if authentication fails
