public class JspCextends Object
Build-time wrapper that calls org.apache.jasper.JspC reflectively and then exits, so the build does not depend on the Jasper API at compile time. The build forks a JVM to run this. Running JspC in-process does not terminate on Tomcat 8.5.33 or 9.0.11 and later, where the JSP compilation is threaded and the thread pool workers are not daemon threads. See https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-8.5-doc/changelog.html If the system property build.reproducible is "true", the arguments are rewritten to compile the jsps in a fixed order, and to force a single compiler thread where the jasper in use supports -threadCount, so that the generated web.xml is reproducible. Warning - used in build process only, not included in runtime jars, not for external use. Only for use in build scripts, obviously not a public API.
